A-shape 

Masai describes the A-shape as “An iconic and feminine element of style, falling gently from the shoulders, and characterised by a bit of extra width at the bottom hem”. This silhouette is shaped like an A, and it accentuates the bust while offering a looser fit over the hips. The A-shape silhouette complements rectangular and inverted triangle body types because of the slight flare at the hem. The MaGarnette Black Printed Tunic is a flattering A-shape style, and this would suit some bootcut or flared trousers such as the Robell Joella 09 black trousers, or the MaPaba trousers. Equally, the bold MaNodetta Wild Aster Print Dress is a beautiful, printed dress in their popular Nodetta shape. Oversize 

This silhouette is one that will suit everybody because of its roomy, relaxed shape. Masai says “The oversize items in our collections are perfect for a look that calls for casual femininity. Designed for a feeling of uncomplicated coolness, this fit is iconic.” Oversized fits genuinely suit anybody as they offer a modest fit, however if you are more petite you may wish to size down in oversized pieces. The MaFernande Dandelion Print Tunic is an oversized style from the new collection, and this looks great styled with some slim trousers or jeans. Elevate the look for transitional wear with a season-staple gilet! Oversized coats are trending this year, so the Thilde coat is a great choice if you are looking for a loose and cosy layer for the colder days ahead. Straight 

The straight silhouette is simple, clean and elegant. This shape provides a timeless silhouette that will suit anybody, an easy elegance that can be worn day or night. Straight-shaped garments especially suit hourglass silhouettes due to their balanced frame. Shaped 

This is Masai’s most fitted shape, it fits regularly at the bust but slightly tapers in at the waist for a feminine and flattering look.  Hourglass and rectangle body types will suit this shape as it accentuates figure in the best way. Anyone can wear this style but you may wish to size up if you are larger on the bust than the waist. It is mostly Masai's dresses that are designed shaped, and these are perfect for evening wear due to the way they flatter the body. The MaNita Dress is a beautiful, shaped piece with feminine trumpet sleeves, an under-bust seam and a floaty skirt. We love the MaNita Starfish Print Dress from the AU23 collection because of its neutral hues and abstract animal print. Equally, the popular MaNoma Jersey Dress is also designed shaped, but its jersey fabric adds a casual touch making this dress a versatile addition to your wardrobe.
