Design & Marketing Co-Ordinator

The Role
We are currently on the lookout for a Design & Marketing Coordinator to join our dedicated online team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to hit the ground running in a fast paced, creative role. You'll be designing everything from online features, emails, digital site assets and in store posters which engage our customers both new and existing.
You'll also be taking control of the marketing calendar, running everything from our popular email newsletters to exciting social content. Our customers are passionate about the brand, so you’ll need to get to know what makes them tick and what they love about our products, using analytics, market research and competitor activity to communicate to them with fun ideas and inspiring marketing campaigns.
You’ll need to be a good communicator with the ability to present ideas and creative to a senior audience. As you’d expect, in a busy studio you’ll also need exceptional attention to detail and be organised enough to juggle projects and meet deadlines. A natural team player, you’ll be comfortable collaborating with all members of the ecommerce and retail teams.

The Ideal Person

Ecommerce Assistant

The Role
We are currently on the lookout for an Ecommerce Assistant to join our dedicated online team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to start a career in the retail industry - learning each part of the ecommerce process and customer journey whilst growing with an exciting, fast paced and developing company.
This is a varied role which should keep you constantly engaged. You'll be involved with key areas of the online business, stock, customer service and dispatch. 
You'll process customer orders from placement to picking product, packing parcels and sending with external delivery services. You'll assist customers over the phone, via email and on our live chat service, answering their questions about our amazing range, styling, purchasing and dealing with any errors.
You'll also be involved in our stock process, from defining new season products to stockroom plans, you’ll quickly learn about the product lifecycle and the importance of sticking to deadlines.

The Ideal Person
Our ideal candidate should possess the following skills/attributes;

  • Top class English language, writing & communication skills.
  • A charming telephone manner.
  • Competence using Microsoft Outlook & Excel.
  • Previous experience in a customer facing environment.
  • Attention to detail & accuracy
