All Mama B garments are designed and produced in Italy, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship and attention to detail at every stage of production. Mama B garments are designed and made entirely in Italy by Italian labor. The attention to detail is reflect in the Italian craftsmanship and quality of the products made.

Therefore the research, the cut and the attention to details reflect to the fullest the genuine Made in Italy tradition thereby rendering the image unique in value. This is combined with a painstaking quest for fabrics, all of which are also made in Italy, that are just right for the production of the Mama B Collection.

Mama B uses a relaxed, oversized fit designed for effortless layering. We recommend sticking to your usual size for a loose, draped look. However, if you prefer a more regular fit, some styles you may wish to go down a size.  Each product page includes fit notes and model information to help you choose confidently. 

Some styles are one size - with a loose fit design, in the typical Mama B asthetic. 

Styles that usually come up neater for a more regular fit are the Mama B skirts and trousers, usually with an elasticated waistband.

Mama B primarily uses cotton, linen, and viscose blends — all soft, breathable, and made to last. The materials are chosen for comfort, sustainability, and Italian quality. See individual product composition and care details. 

Care varies by fabric: 

• Cotton/fleece: Machine wash at 30 °C or cold hand wash; reshape damp and dry flat; iron inside out  
• Linen: Machine wash low spin at 30 °C or gentle hand wash; air dry; steam or iron to remove creases  
• Special fabrics (velvet, jacquard coats): Dry clean only
