Birthday £20 Voucher

If you choose to sign up to our email newsletter and you have added your Date of Birth to your customer account you will be automatically sent a £20 Birthday Voucher a week before your Birthday. Use the code sent in the discount field at the checkout to redeem. Discount applies to full price items only, minimum spend of £80, can be used once per customer, you have until 31st December to use your voucher and excludes Amazing Woman and Sandwich.

£5 Thank You Voucher for Leaving Us a Review

When you leave a review for the business or a product you will automatically be sent a £5 voucher to spend on your next order with us. Vouchers to be spent on full price items only, excluding Amazing Woman and Sandwich.

Seasonal Promotions

Seasonal Promotion Brand Exclusions. In accordance with our brand terms and condition's the following brands are excluded from all in season promotions Sandwich, Robell, Mama B, Thing, Mes Soeurs et Moi, Adini and Love Cocoa. These brands will be included in end of season sales in line with the specific brand guidelines, excluding Amazing Woman due to sale restrictions from the brand.

From time to time we will offer products at reduced prices, these items are available while stocks last and both the full retail price and the sale price will be shown. We also may issue exclusive discount codes to customers, only one of these discount codes can be used at a time. Any discounts, offers or online promotions cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers. Order total must be £99 or over after any promotion code has been applied to qualify for Free UK Next Day Delivery. Free Next Day Delivery promotion does not guarantee next day delivery, order must be placed before 3pm Monday to Thursday for next day delivery.

Free Gifts With Purchase

If you choose to return any of the items and the order value falls below the minimum order value you will no longer be eligible for the free gift and this will also need to be returned. If you decide to keep the free gift the value of the item will be deducted from the refund value of the returned goods

Newsletter Competition

Entry to our sign up to our newsletter competition: We are giving away up to £1000 worth of Gemini Vouchers. 4 Winners will be announced, 1 per season, by the last day in March, May, September and November, winning a £250 voucher each to spend online or instore at Gemini Woman. Gemini Loyalty

The Gemini Seasonal Loyalty Vouchers are redeemable against full price items, with the exception of Amazing Woman and Sandwich Clothing. Voucher codes are valid for a single use. If you need to return your order, you can call us to re-spend your loyalty voucher. The Gemini Automated Loyalty Scheme, based on the accrued points and vouchers that are added to your account, are valid for 3 months from issue and are to be spend on full price items only.


Whilst every care has been taken to ensure the description, specification and colours are correct at the time of issue, we cannot be responsible for slight variations.


Once you have placed your order and paid for your order through our secure server you will receive an order reference number. On receipt of your order we will ensure that your order is expedited as quickly as possible, if we are unable to provide the goods or have an issue with delivery, size, stock or colour, we will contact you within 24 hours of receiving your order.

Pricing Policy

All the prices are correct at time of issue and are given in £ sterling. We reserve the right to change them. The prices shown have no hidden extras such as tax, delivery and insurance. These components are identified and added to your Shopping Basket.

Credit Card Payments

We are unable to accept Cards that are due to expire within the next FIVE Days. Card Details are checked and verified by a third party and goods are dispatched once authorisation has been obtained.

Privacy Policy

Gemini Woman is committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully. You may wish to know the type of information we will collect about you. These include, Name, Address, Telephone, Email Address and Credit/Debit card details. This information we will endeavor to keep up to date. If at any time you wish to check this information then please e-mail us and we will undertake to delete or correct any inaccuracies. We would never collect sensitive information about you unless we had your consent. If you have any questions/comments about our privacy policy, please do not hesitate to email us.


Any date or period for delivery will be considered as an estimate only, although it is our policy to try to fulfil standard delivery orders within 5 working days and next day deliveries on the specified day. We cannot be held responsible for delays in the delivery caused by our suppliers, or any other third party. All goods are sent to the delivery address stated when purchasing goods. Order total must be £99 or over after any promotion code has been applied to qualify for Free UK Delivery.


You will be required to inspect goods within a reasonable time after their receipt and you will be deemed to have accepted the goods unless you notify us that you want to return your order by sending the goods back to us within 14 days from despatch date. Your statutory customer rights are not affected


We feel that it is important for you to able to shop online with confidence so we have created a secure transaction environment for you using a combination of both established and innovative techniques to ensure the integrity of all sensitive data. Refund and Exchange Policy

If you feel the products you have received from Gemini Woman do not meet your expectations, you are welcome to return any item in its original condition within 14 working days from despatch date for an exchange or refund. If you return items due to a defect in goods or incomplete or incorrect delivery we will pay for the cost of returning goods and offer a full refund or exchange. If you return items for reasons other than defects in the goods, or incomplete or incorrect delivery, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the items to us. Items must be returned to us with a Gemini Woman proof of purchase. Items must be returned unused, in perfect condition and in the original packaging. Until you return items to us you are responsible for their safe keeping and taking reasonable care of them. We do not accept liability for packages lost or damaged during transit back to us. It is your responsibility to wrap items adequately to prevent damage.

Refund and Exchange Policy in store

For items bought in our retail store we are happy to offer an exchange on unsuitable goods for items of the same value or gift vouchers, provided that they are returned with proof of purchase within 7 days. We do not exchange reduced or sale items.
