  Hand wash with cold water or machine wash at max 30c on a cold delicate cycle & slow spin  
  Reshape while damp and smooth creases out by hand   
  Dry naturally - turn inside out if drying in natural sunlight to reduce fading  
  Iron on the reverse side on low heat ( Do not tumble dry)
