Cocktail Making With The Little Gin & Rum Company

The Easter Bank Holiday Weekend is fast approaching and we have collaborated with the Little Gin & Rum Company to bring you a delicious cocktail perfect for Spring! This is the Elderflower Herb Cooler Cocktail- simple, refreshing, and delicious! Ingredients (serves 4) -A couple of thyme sprigs, leaves picked -2 small rosemary sprigs, leaves picked -Edible flowers (such as pansies, viola) -100ml elderflower cordial -150ml Queen Cleo Elderflower Gin -Soda water to top up -Ice
Method Firstly, make your floral ice cubes. Pick the rosemary and thyme leaves, and add to an ice cube tray along with the edible flowers. Add water to top up the tray and freeze for a few hours until completely frozen. Pop the elderflower cordial and Queen Cleo gin and a large handful of plain ice cubes into a large jug. Stir until the outside of the jug feels cold then strain into 4 tall glasses or champagne flutes. Top with the soda and add a few more ice cubes and the floral ones too and a sprig of rosemary, if you like. Serve immediately and enjoy!
