    • Upper - Clean with a soft brush - dampen if necessary
    • Footbed - Open the straps and clean with a soft brush dipped in cool soapy water making circular movements. 
    • DO NOT fully immerse your Birkenstocks in water .
    • Allow your Birkenstocks to dry naturally out of direct sunlight.

    Return items within 28 days of receipt for a full refund. Returns after that will be issued with a credit note. Return for free in our Stratford Upon Avon store or we suggest you send your returns back to us using 1st Class Recorded Delivery to enable you to track your parcel.
