Introduction

Gemini is celebrating 40 years of business in Stratford-upon-Avon on the 7th June 2025! After beginning as a singular store in Banbury back in 1985 to growing into a multi-brand online retailer that ships across the world, we all have a lot to be proud of here at Gemini. We would like to thank our amazing customers and staff for the support and love we have received over the past 40 years.

One of the key drivers towards business success has been stocking the right fashion brands. Even since the 1980’s Claire has had a keen eye for sourcing brands her customers will love. With brand favourites –French Connection, Jackpot, Sandwich, Sticky Fingers and Hobbs dominating the shelves. With the website launch Gemini quickly became the online market leader for Masai, Robell and Sandwich, paving the way to further success. 

Since 2020, with the impact of covid 19 on trade, Gemini adapted again. Claire’s collaboration with Amazing Woman, led to her supporting their design and product development across their knitwear and linen collections. Amazing Woman is now one of Gemini’s leading brands both instore and online.

Celebrations

As part of our 40th anniversary celebrations, we're also taking a moment to recognise the incredible achievements of our team over the years. We’ll be coming together for a very special staff party—an evening to dress up, reconnect with both past and present team members, share stories and cherished memories from across the decades, and, of course, hit the dance floor in true Gemini style. It's our way of saying thank you to the people behind the brand and celebrating everything we’ve accomplished together, especially during the busy birthday season!
