Find time to meditate for 10 to 15 minutes each day and through meditation you can easily detach yourself from the pressure of everyday life. Our top tip for effective meditating is to find a secluded area in your garden (if it’s a dry day) or in an area of your home, where you are unlikely to be disturbed. Make yourself as comfortable as possible, close your eyes and take deep breaths in and out. Attempt to clear your mind and relax in the comfort of your surroundings.

Immersing yourself with nature is one of the most powerful stress busters out there. Let the fresh air wake you up and clear your mind. You don’t have to be in the scenic countryside either for the outdoors to take effect. If you live in a bustling town, the trees overhead and the background noises of the outdoors will help you to relax and unwind. Top Tip: Switch your afternoon coffee break with a 5 minute outdoor intake. Breathing in the fresh summer air will clear your head and revitalize you, without the need for caffeine. Even 5 minutes will make all the difference.
