Extended Christmas Returns Policy

We are offering our customers a special extended returns policy for all orders placed between November 29th and December 22nd! If you place an order between these dates you will have up to the 14th January to return your order. Please note that after the 22nd December our usual Returns Policy will apply - please see our Standard Returns Policy.

Standard Returns Policy

If you return items for reasons other than defects in the goods, or incomplete or incorrect delivery, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the items to us.

Items must be returned to us with the original delivery note and with the form completed on the reverse of the delivery note. Items must be returned unused, in perfect condition and in the original packaging.

Until you return items to us you are responsible for their safe keeping and taking reasonable care of them. We do not accept liability for packages damaged or lost during transit back to us. We suggest that you send any returns back to us using 1st class recorded delivery to enable you to track your parcel. It is your responsibility to wrap items adequately to prevent damage.

We do not accept returns on pierced earrings, underwear and swimwear.

Store Purchases

For items bought in our retail store we are happy to offer an exchange on unsuitable goods for items of the same value or gift vouchers, provided that they are returned with proof of purchase within 7 days. We do not exchange reduced or sale items.

Delivery

Guaranteed delivery for Christmas

After Christmas, normal delivery service will resume from Wednesday 4th January 2012.

Next day delivery postage The last order date for guaranteed before Christmas delivery is Thursday 22nd December.

Standard delivery postage the last order date for guaranteed before Christmas delivery is Tuesday 20th December.

International Postage (Western Europe) The last order date for guaranteed before Christmas delivery is Monday 12th December.

International postage (Eastern Europe, USA and Canada) The last order date for guaranteed before Christmas delivery is Friday 9th December.

International postage (South & Central America, Caribbean, Africa, Middle East, Asia, Far East (including Japan), Australia and New Zealand) The last order date for guaranteed before Christmas delivery is Monday 5th December.

Delivery over New Year

For UK mainland deliveries, the first available delivery date of 2012 will be Tuesday the 5th of January. To receive your parcel on this date you must place your order by 12pm on Monday 4th January. After this date normal service will resume.

United Kingdom

Delivery to anywhere in the UK is £4.99 and takes 3-5 working days from despatch, excluding public holidays, or is FREE if you spend over £100!

If you need that special item in a rush we can deliver it Next day Delivery for £10.00 (Monday to Thursday only, excluding public holidays - orders must be placed before 12noon. If ordering on the weekend and selecting Next Day Delivery your order will be despatched on the Monday and delivered to you by 1pm the following day).

Deliveries to Ireland, the Channel Islands and Isle of Man are £10.00.

Europe

Delivery of orders to anywhere in the European Union is £10.00.

Orders are sent by Airsure and take 2 - 3 working days from despatch to western Europe or 4 - 5 working days from despatch to eastern Europe. We cannot deliver next day to Europe.

Americas

Orders to any country in North or South America is £25.00.

Orders to the USA are sent by airsure and take 6 - 7 working days from despatch.

All other orders to the Americas are sent by International Signed For delivery and take 10 - 15 working days from despatch.

Rest of the World

Everywhere else in the world is charged at £20.00.

Orders to Canada are sent by airsure and take 6 - 7 working days from despatch.

Orders to the rest of the world are sent by International Signed For delivery and take 10 - 15 working days from despatch.

You can come into the shop to pick up your order for free. Opening hours are Monday - Saturday, 9.30 - 17.30, Sunday 12.00 - 17.00.
