We are looking for a Design and Marketing Co-ordinator who will play a key part in defining, building and managing our design and branding strategy. We are looking for someone to invigorate our design and ensure that at every opportunity our marketing material excites and delights our customer. As a Design and Marketing Co-ordinator you will work with the Content Manager, Ecommerce Manager and photography team to ensure all store and digital marketing channels are innovative, on brand and are meeting performance targets.

Key responsibilities;
Responsible for the design of all brand & marketing communications for Gemini.
Create new seasonal design campaigns to ensure all consumer touch points and marketing are refreshed to reflect the new season.
Produce and schedule all digital content, including homepages, category banners, email and paid search banners.
Create all print assets for a range of needs including events, press and POS.
Monitor the performance of all content produced, reporting results in weekly meetings and use analysis to make informed decisions to improve further designs and marketing strategy.
Work closely with the Ecommerce Manager to contribute ideas to help build a strong marketing plan based on an understanding of the Gemini consumer and performance of previous marketing and content produced.
Help to manage strategic projects that develop our design proposition.

We are looking for a Social Media Co-ordinator who will play a key part in building and delivering our brand message to an online audience.

Key responsibilities;
Responsible for the promotion and reputation of the Brand across all social media channels.
Define reports and collates KPI’s for social media to ensure that performance is reviewed and optimised.
Independently drive influencer outreach.
Create and distribute weekly content plans for Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest and YouTube ensuring content is engaging and tone of voice is in line with the brand.
Drive follower growth and engagement across all social channels.
Provide up to date information on current trends in social media and competitor activity and continuously seeks out new creative opportunities.
Build and nurture strong relationships with relevant fashion and lifestyle press contacts.
Create engaging press releases, securing positive media coverage.
You will also provide uploading support to the Ecommerce Content Manager, ensuring all products are uploaded with strong SEO copy and have a strong tone of voice.
Alongside the Ecommerce Manager you will lead the brand strategy for the business – working on seasonal campaigns across both digital and store.

Essential skills;
Experience working in a social media role.
Strong copywriting skills, and blog creation experience coupled with solid and demonstrable experience of publishing via various CMS systems.
Can demonstrate an active social media presence via website/blog
Experience in press/blogger outreach and influencer engagement.
Confident with monitoring tools such as Facebook Insights, Twitter Analytics etc.
An understanding of all disciplines within social media and experience of reporting results on a weekly, monthly and annual basis.
Knowledge of social media trends.
Demonstrates passion and energy to be inspiring to others and deliver improved results.
