Signing Up / Creating a New Account

How do I sign up for the Gemini Newsletter?

Just fill in your email address at the top of the page, and press 'GO' - it couldn't be simpler!

Do I need to create an account?

Yes - setting up an account will allow you to order without having to fill in your details every time you shop with us, and will give you benefits such as regular newsletters, exclusive discounts and special offers!

You can set up an account right now, or you can start shopping and set your account up when you check out.

Do you have a size guide?

Of course! Check out our size guide for measurements and fitting tips.

A product is showing as out of stock will you be selling it again?

We know how frustrating it is to not be able to get hold of an item once you've decided you want it, but unfortunately if everyone else wants it too we can sell out of it very quickly!

To try and keep our online store as fresh and exciting as possible we try to not reorder the same products, but we do add new items each week, so you may well find something very similar! Alternatively email us at customercare@gemini-woman.co.uk letting us know the brand, style, colour and size of the item you are after and we can try and order it in especially for you!


Payments

What currencies can I use?

We currently only accept GBP sterling.

When will I be charged?

When your card is authorised, payment will be taken immediately, and you will receive an email confirming that your order has been successful.

If your card is not authorised, we will let you know that payment has not be taken.

Is it safe to order online?

Very! We use one of the most secure online ordering systems on the market!


My Order

Has my order been shipped?

As soon as your order has been despatched we will send out an email to let you know. If you don't receive your order within the specified delivery time then please contact our customer care department on 01789 266 894 or email us at customercare@gemini-woman.co.uk

Can I change my order?

Once your order has been confirmed, it is not currently possible for you to change it.

How can I track my parcel?

Depending on the way your parcel is sent you may receive a despatch email with a tracking reference number to track the progress of your parcel.


Delivery Charges

United Kingdom

Delivery to anywhere in the UK is £4.99 for five working days delivery, or if you need that special item in a rush we can deliver it Next day Delivery for £10.00 (Monday to Thursday only - orders must be placed before 12pm). Deliveries to Ireland, the Channel Islands and IOM are £10.00.

Europe

Delivery of orders to anywhere in the European Union is £10.00 We cannot deliver next day to Europe.

Americas

Orders to any country in North or South America is £25.00

Rest of the World

Everywhere else in the world is charged at £20.00.

In Store Collection

You can come into the shop to pick up your order for free. Opening hours are Monday - Saturday, 9.30 - 17.30, Sunday 12.00 - 17.00.


Returns

How do I return an item?

We try to make sure that you are happy with all of the products we send to you, but if you ever do need to send anything back to us, you can find full return instructions on the back of your invoice, or check out our returns policy.

When you send us something back, it is important that you ask the carrier to stamp and date the 'Certificate of Posting' on your Returns Label (part of the delivery note you get with your order), as this proves that you sent it back to us if it gets lost in transit.

I have received an incorrect item what do I do?

Occasionally the wrong item does get sent out - If this has happened to you, we're very sorry. Please contact our customer care department on 01789 266 894 or email us at customercare@gemini-woman.co.uk and let us know the following details:

  • Your Order Number

  • Product Code/Product Name

  • Details of the fault

  • If you want a refund or replacement

I have received a faulty item what do I do?

You should never receive items that are anything less than top quality, so if you think anything in your order is faulty, please get in touch with us within 14 days from when your order is despatched by contacting customer care on 01789 266894 or email us at customercare@gemini-woman.co.uk and let us know the following details:

  • Your Order Number

  • Product Code/Product Name

  • Details of the fault

  • If you want a refund or replacement

When will I receive my refund?

We aim to process a refund within 3 days of receiving your parcel, we will email you to let you know we have received and processed it.

After you've received your email, please allow another 5-10 working days for the refund to be credited to your account. The amount of time this takes will depend on which bank or card issuer you're with, and we have no control over it.

We will credit your refund to the same card you used when you placed your order.

Why have you not refunded my delivery charge?

We are sorry, but the delivery cost you originally paid is non-refundable. If you are returning items because you have changed your mind, this will also be at your own cost, and we can't refund your postage. However, if we have sent you the wrong item or a faulty item(s) we will refund the delivery cost to your card.
