Gift Wrapping Service

We are offering an exclusive Gift Wrapping Service! Simply select 'Gift Wrapping' at the checkout and we will wrap up your chosen gift and send it to the desired delivery address in a beautiful gift box with a gift Invoice receipt.

Discrepancies

Whilst every care has been taken to ensure the description, specification and colours are correct at the time of issue, we cannot be responsible for slight variations.

Ordering

Once you have placed your order, paid for your order through our secure server you will receive an order reference number. On receipt of your order we will ensure that your order is expedited as quickly as possible, if we are unable to provide the goods or have an issue with delivery, size, stock or colour, we will contact you within 24 hours of receiving your order.

Pricing Policy

All the prices are correct at time of issue and are given in £ sterling. We reserve the right to change them. The prices shown have no hidden extras such as tax, delivery and insurance. These components are identified and added to your Shopping Basket.

Credit Card Payments

We are unable to accept Cards that are due to expire within the next FIVE Days. Card Details are checked and verified by a third party and goods are dispatched once authorisation has been obtained.

Special Offers

Extra £5 off sale items is only valid on orders over £40, and cannot be used in conjuntion with any other offers.

From time to time we will offer products at reduced prices, these items are available while stocks last and both the full retail price and the sale price will be shown. We also may issue exclusive discount codes to customers, only one of these discount codes can be used at a time.

Personal Shopper Competition

  1. By entering the Personal Shopper Competition you agree to these terms and conditions.

  2. This Prize Draw is open to residents of the UK aged 16 or over, except for employees of the Gemini Woman and their families, agencies or anyone else associated with this competition.

  3. To enter you must provide us with your details on an email (name, address, day time telephone number and a brief explanation of why you should win!) Prize Draw closes at the end of each month and winners will be alerted at the beginning of the following month. Only one entry per person per month and 3 winners will be selected for every month. Gemini Woman does not accept responsibility for network, computer, hardware or software failures of any kind, which may restrict or delay the sending or receipt of your entry.

  4. The goody bag cannot be exchanged for anything else of monetary value. Any dietary preferences can be discussed ahead of your personal shopping appointment.

  5. Gemini Woman complies with the standard procedures laid down in the UK Data Protection Act to ensure that the personal information you give us is kept secure and processed fairly and lawfully. Gemini Woman is committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully. You may wish to know the type of information we will collect about you:

Delivery

Any date or period for delivery will be considered as an estimate only, although it is our policy to try to fulfil standard delivery orders within 5 working days and next day deliveries on the specified day. We cannot be held responsible for delays in the delivery caused by our suppliers, or any other third party.

All goods are sent to the delivery address stated when purchasing goods.

Acceptance

You will be required to inspect goods within a reasonable time after their receipt and you will be deemed to have accepted the goods unless you notify us that you want to return your order by sending the goods back to us within 14 days from despatch date. If no such action is taken, we will consider the goods being as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for their purpose, and may not accept any rejection or cancellation at a later date. Your statutory customer rights are not affected.

Security

We feel that it is important for you to able to shop online with confidence so we have created a secure transaction environment for you using a combination of both established and innovative techniques to ensure the integrity of all sensitive data. All communication and information transmitted on-line is encrypted using complicated logarithm combinations. This is in addition to the protection afforded you by your cardholder to prevent fraudulent use of the card in a “card not present” environment.

Refund and Exchange Policy

If you feel the products you have received from Gemini Woman do not meet your expectations, you are welcome to return any item in its original condition within 14 working days from despatch date for an exchange or refund.

If you return items due to a defect in goods or incomplete or incorrect delivery we will pay for the cost of returning goods and offer a full refund or exchange.

If you return items for reasons other than defects in the goods, or incomplete or incorrect delivery, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the items to us. Items must be returned to us with a Gemini Woman proof of purchase. Items must be returned unused, in perfect condition and in the original packaging.

Until you return items to us you are responsible for their safe keeping and taking reasonable care of them. We do not accept liability for packages lost or damaged during transit back to us. It is your responsibility to wrap items adequately to prevent damage.

Refund and Exchange Policy in store

For items bought in our retail store we are happy to offer an exchange on unsuitable goods for items of the same value or gift vouchers, provided that they are returned with proof of purchase within 7 days. We do not exchange reduced or sale items.
