refund & exchange policy

Standard Returns Policy

If you return items for reasons other than defects in the goods, or incomplete or incorrect delivery, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the items to us.

Items must be returned to us with the original delivery note and with the form completed on the reverse of the delivery note. Items must be returned unused, in perfect condition and in the original packaging.

Until you return items to us you are responsible for their safe keeping and taking reasonable care of them. We do not accept liability for packages damaged or lost during transit back to us. We suggest that you send any returns back to us using 1st class recorded delivery to enable you to track your parcel. It is your responsibility to wrap items adequately to prevent damage.

We do not accept returns on pierced earrings, underwear and swimwear.

Store Purchases

For items bought in our retail store we are happy to offer an exchange on unsuitable goods for items of the same value or gift vouchers, provided that they are returned with proof of purchase within 7 days. We do not exchange reduced or sale items.

Delivery

United Kingdom

Delivery to anywhere in the UK is £4.99 for five working days delivery, or if you need that special item in a rush we can deliver it Next day Delivery for £10.00 (Monday to Thursday only - orders must be placed before 12pm. Deliveries to Ireland, the Channel Islands and IOM are £10.00.

Europe

Delivery of orders to anywhere in the European Union is £10.00. We cannot deliver next day to Europe.

Americas

Orders to any country in North or South America is £25.00.

Rest of the World

Everywhere else in the world is charged at £20.00.

In Store Collection

You can come into the shop to pick up your order for free. Opening hours are Monday - Saturday, 9.30 - 17.30, Sunday 12.00 - 17.00.
