Donna Blower is a style savvy writer, devoted Mother and owner of the blog 'I won't wear sludge brown'! 

Her effortlessly chic look, combined with her knowledge for trend and colour, meant that a photoshoot was a must-have, once we had our new Sandwich Clothing collection in!

Not only did we have the pleasure of having our gemini Makeup Guru Jill on set, but Donna's Daughter Ashleigh also came along to see the latest launches and shoot along side her Mom!

It's sure to say the atmosphere within the studio was absolutely buzzing! 

Using a combination of Estee Lauder, Tom ford and HD Brow Makeup, MA Jill Yardley worked her magic on Donna's already glowing skin.

Donna is an expert with colour and knows exactly what pieces look on trend with tan. She's even dreaming about the chunky knits she'd team with the Sanded Nylon Coat! See why below!

"There’s nothing like a bit of detail and the cut outs in these boots had us all coooing. Tan is certainly being carried over to winter this year which makes these a perfect shade. Ideal for wearing with casual dresses now and layering up with jeans and a chunky jumper later in the year. The mint jeans are quite a subtle shade and a real change from denim. As for the coat, I didn’t want to take it off. I’m already dreaming of log fires, chunky knits and furry mitts."

Looking glamourous in grey, Donna loves the simplicity of teaming the Mini Feathers Printed Top with these Sandwich Skinny Denim Pants.

"This shirt has my name written all over it. It’s one of those valuable hard workers that can be worn over and over and over again. Team with skinny jeans and turn up the cuffs for a casual relaxed look, but it would look equally good with a pair of black cigarette trousers and heels for an evening out. And of course not forgetting layering it under a blazer for those cooler days. A winner!"

We adore Donna's super snug look in the new Furry Knit Cardigan, as she talks about comfort being her go-to style for the new season!

"I probably wouldn’t have looked at this cardigan twice online but it was the first thing I picked up at Gemini. I’m trying to break out of wearing blazers all of the time. Sometimes they do feel rather stiff and formal. This is such an easy wear piece finishing at the hips. It’s a soft edge to edge design which lends itself to layering with lots of different style tops. The French Connection jeans hug in all of the right places and are so soft - I’m going all out for comfort this season."

Donna loves the versatility of the new Sandwich Crochet Dress, and so do we! How would you style yours?

"A perfect winter dress, that again can be worn in so many different ways. Here I’m wearing it with a pair of high shoes but I’d also style it with opaque tights, boots and a leather jacket for a more casual look that suits my lifestyle."
