Top 10 things to do this Easter Bank Holiday

Wondering how to spend your Easter weekend? Gemini Woman has you covered…

Easter Bank holiday is here, which of course means an extra two days off work YAY, and all we can think about is where to go (or if you’re staying in – what you can do)

1. Afternoon tea

If you’re a cake fan why not go for an Afternoon Tea with your family or friends – this is our top choice for this weekend especially if you're having a family visit and are not sure what to do!

2. Easter egg hunt

Kids involved? (or if you’re a big kid!!) Why don’t you have an Easter Egg Hunt? This is perfect for all the family to get involved! Top tip: if you have toddlers tie balloons to the eggs to make it a little simpler!

3. Day at the seaside

So why not take a day trip to a revitalising seaside town. There are also plenty of last minute weekend breaks and beautiful destinations all over the UK for you to discover...

4. Have a picnic

Prepare your lunch, lay down a blanket and enjoy your day out. If it is raining or cold, you can have an indoor picnic instead!

5. Watch a film or go to the cinema

Ran out of ideas, why don’t you go to the cinema? Or even better create a home cinema inside or outside – We like the idea of making a tent, watching home movies or your favourite film with popcorn and sweets.

6. Go for a walk

Around this time there is plenty of organised walks or trails you can participate in. Try and find a bluebell walk - we just think they're beautiful!

7. Shopping

Come on ladies (and some gents) we know you just love to shop – go to a big shopping centre or your favourite town, or just simply pop in and say Hello in Gemini Woman! – With our specialist stylists we can find you the perfect outfit for this weekend.

8. Easter Feast (go for an Easter Lunch or Dinner)

FOOD, yes food – that’s what we love to plan our weekends around. Find the perfect spot to grab some lunch or treat yourself to a chic dinner.

9. Bake Cakes!

Baking cakes is a great way to keep the kids entertained – they can get messy and also have some of the mixture out of the bowl!

10. Visit a garden centre

There's not a better time of year to get your garden in shape, so why not visit your local garden centre.

Let us know what you’re getting up to this weekend in the comments below!

We hope you have an EGG-cellent day! Love Gemini x
